Founders
Rodrigo Trevisan Okamoto is the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of Condor Instruments. A Mechatronics Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP, he began his career leading the Keep Flying Aerodesign team, with projects internationally recognized, including 1st place at Aerodesign East 2009 and the NASA Systems Engineering Award. He started his professional career at Dowertech, working in manufacturing processes and industrial development. Since 2013, at Condor Instruments, he has been responsible for the company’s operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and technical evolution, contributing to its consolidation and growth in the market.
Luis Filipe Fragoso de Barros e Silva Rossi is the CTO and co-founder of Condor Instruments. An engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of USP, he holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, building an academic path focused on innovation and technological development. A specialist in electronics and embedded systems, he has led the technical area of Condor Instruments since 2013. He is responsible for new product development, applied research, and the evolution of the company’s solutions, directly contributing to its competitiveness, growth, and market positioning.
