ActLumus measures light exposure with true spectral precision.

Unlike single-channel sensors, which only capture approximate brightness, ActLumus uses a multi-channel sensor capable of reporting melanopic EDI in accordance with the CIE S 026:2018 standard — the international standard for quantifying light’s effect on the circadian system. This includes:

  • Wide detection range: from low indoor lighting to direct sunlight: de baixa luminosidade interna até luz solar direta
  • Melanopic EDI, photopic illuminance and 10 spectral channels measured simultaneously  medidos simultaneamente
  • Off-wrist sensor, which detects when the device is not being worn — preventing rest data from being misread as sleep
