Primeiro, ele monitora simultaneamente movimento, luz e temperatura da pele \u2014 as tr\u00eas vari\u00e1veis centrais para entender o sono. Segundo, mede a chamada luz melan\u00f3pica, o espectro azul-ciano emitido por telas de celular que inibe a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de melatonina. Terceiro, tem um bot\u00e3o de eventos que os astronautas acionam em momentos hist\u00f3ricos \u2014 como no recorde de dist\u00e2ncia de 406.777 km da Terra, atingido em 6 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOs telefones emitem luz justamente nesse comprimento de onda.
